Anchor Cottage is a detached cottage situated on the northern edge of Swanage with beautiful views of the purbeck hills.

Swanage is a small friendly seaside town with a safe sandy beach. With about 8,000 inhabitants Swanage is the biggest town in the beautiful purbeck hills and has restaurants, bars, shops, two supermarkets, banks, doctors and a small cottage hospital. This is the start of the Jurassic Coast, a world heritage site. It is well situated for coastal walks, or country walks and is only a five minute drive or bus ride from the famous Studland Bay, which has miles of natural sandy beach, backed by sand dunes
